Fond\u00e9e \u00e0 Beaune en 2014 et reprise par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Piffaut Vins & Domaines (propri\u00e9taire notamment de Veuve Ambal) en 2022, la brasserie artisanale Belenium commercialise depuis ses d\u00e9buts sous la marque \u00e9ponyme une gamme de bi\u00e8res de gastronomie, dont certaines \u00e9labor\u00e9es avec le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 Bernard Loiseau. <\/span>Le nom de la brasserie est un hommage \u00e0 <\/span>Belenos<\/i><\/span>, dieu celte de la lumi\u00e8re v\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 il y a deux mille ans et qui a donn\u00e9 son nom \u00e0 la ville de Beaune. Le choix de \u201cBelenos\u201d \u00e9tait une \u00e9vidence pour la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une seconde marque de bi\u00e8re ciblant un autre public dans des circuits de grande distribution.<\/span><\/p>\n

Notre d\u00e9marche d\u00e9marre par une \u00e9tude de march\u00e9 approfondie (opportunit\u00e9s commerciales et occasions de consommation), suivie d\u2019un mapping de la concurrence pour trouver un espace vierge pour la marque. Elle se poursuit par l\u2019analyse des fondements de la marque (liquide, nom, imaginaire), lesquels orientent notre exploration des univers et symboles associ\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n

Les 3 concepts propos\u00e9s s\u2019appuient sur les motivations de consommation et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de marque, et int\u00e8grent th\u00e8me principal, histoire, ton de parole, personnalit\u00e9 et inspirations graphiques, ouvrant ainsi la voie \u00e0 un travail concret sur des pistes cr\u00e9atives solides. <\/span><\/p>\n

Au centre d\u2019une bouteille de bi\u00e8re au design classique resplendit une illustration originale de <\/span>Belenos<\/i><\/span>, dieu du printemps, de la lumi\u00e8re et du renouveau. G\u00e9n\u00e9reux et accueillant, avec une crini\u00e8re indomptable o\u00f9 se perdent des c\u00f4nes de houblon, il tient une corne d\u2019abondance dor\u00e9e marqu\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e9criture runique myst\u00e9rieuse r\u00e9v\u00e9lant de magnifiques brins d\u2019orge, et une coupe grav\u00e9e d\u2019un serpent \u00e0 t\u00eate de b\u00e9lier d\u00e9bordant d\u2019une bi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse.
